Harlow is a Primetime Emmy Award winning producer (The Amazing Race) with over a decade of experience developing, producing and directing advertising and entertainment programming for some of the most prolific content powerhouses in Hollywood. In addition to The Amazing Race, Harlow was showrunner and directed NBC’s America’s Toughest Jobs and Discovery’s critically acclaimed The Colony. He produced a live daily show for the BBC and was part of the production team on Hell’s Kitchen for FOX. He has been applauded in advertising for executive producing & directing BMW: Driving on Ice, which garnered 100 million web impressions and he has produced & directed video content across social media and digital distribution for a variety of major brands including, Listerine, GE, Travelocity, T-Mobile & Subway.
Ward has been working in the television entertainment and branded content business for 25 years. He has produced & directed hundreds of hours of content for nearly every broadcast and cable network. In this capacity, he has worked closely with brand partners to creatively integrate their products into his shows. In advertising, Ward has worked with a variety of major marketers including Subaru, Red Bull, China Airlines, Cadillac, The United States Marine Corps, The Four Seasons hotel group & The Las Vegas Sands. He brings an extensive knowledge of production, budgeting and “outside the box” thinking to each project.
Hedges takes rough concepts and creates top tier award winning campaigns for global brands & networks as a managing executive producer and lead project director, and has been doing so for more than a decade. He headed Dove’s Men+Care Super bowl ad (100m+ viewers), the award-winning BMW Driving on Ice (100m+ web impressions) and AT&T’s “On the way to Saturday” campaign, reaching 37 million new social media fans. Hedges has worked on over 300 ads & marketing campaigns for TV, Digital and Print overseeing them from concept through delivery. He believes there is strength in numbers and prides himself on his team of A-list creatives and production talent he has been fortunate enough to discover and help develop over the years.
